What to expect ...

We share a building with another church congregation and offer alternative styles of worship simultaneously. At Crookes Valley we offer a very informal style of service in relaxed surroundings. If entering the building from the front entrance you will more often than not be greeted by a welcoming steward from one of the congregations. They will be more than happy to direct you to the style of worship you are looking for. We are located in the lower worship space (Ashgate) - either take the lift or the flight of stairs to the right of the lift and you should have no problems finding us. If approaching the building from the car park at the rear, then go through the set of doors, through another set of double doors and the Ashgate room is to your right.

Coffee and refreshments are served from 10.15am by one of our welcoming team so do make your way to the drinks table and grab a cup before finding a comfy seat. Also feel free to get a refill at any point during the service.

Service Times

Sunday Morning
Apart from the first Sunday of the month, a morning worship service is held in the lower worship space at Broomhill Methodist Church. Coffee and refreshments are available from 10.15am and the main worship begins around 10.30am or shortly afterwards.

Evening Service (Crookes Valley/AWE)
Because Sunday morning is not always a good time for everyone we are currently experimenting with moving to an evening service on the first Sunday of the month. The service blends together the informal Crookes Valley style and the AWE (Alternative Worhsip Experience) services. Begins at 6.00pm in the upper worship space at Broomhill Methodist Church.
